Today, March 28, from 8:30 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. (local time), cities around the world will turn off or dim their lights for Earth Hour 2009. It is:

A global event created to symbolize that each one of us, working together, can make a positive impact on climate change

It began already today near New Zealand and is travelling around the world.
