BOOK AWARDS

Some noteworthy Book Awards have recently been announced:

The Arthur C. Clarke Award was given to Richard Morgan for Black Man, published here in the US as Thirteen (Adult Fiction/Sci Fi MORGAN, R.)

The Edgar Awards were also recently announced. The Nominees and Winners are in fifteen different categories presented by the Mystery Writers of America.

The Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America have posted the 2007 Nebula Award Winners.

The PEN American Center has announced its PEN Literary Awards in several different categories.

Nominees for several awards have also been announced:
The Locus Awards (Science Fiction)
The Christy Awards (Christian Fiction)
The Orange Broadband Prize (women novelists writing in English)
The Audies (audio books)
The Thriller Awards (international thrillers)

Most of these awards will be announced in June or July.
